HACCP SELF-CONTROL PLANS

The HACCP self-control plan is based on the analysis of the hazards that each activity operating in the food sector must implement to determine which of these hazards represent a risk and, for each of these risks, establish the control measures to be implemented (CCP). The implementation of a HACCP plan is one of the legal obligations for the production and marketing of food products.
